DAVID EDENFIELD
David Edenfield is the founder and managing partner of Watermark
Land Title LLC. His most important goal in business is that of
providing superior customer service. He has put together an excellent
management team, in both Amber and Mike, to carry out this policy.
David attended the University of Illinois where he earned a degree
in law.

AMBER LASTER
As a critical member of our team, Amber heads our Closing Department.
She is highly trained and experienced. She has an ideal temperament
for the pressure of closings in which she remains calm, competent
and polite. Amber is devoted to closing every deal which comes
to the table and it is fair to say that if she cannot close a
troubled deal, with Mike and David assisting where necessary,
no one can. She also volunteers for services not available elsewhere,
such as closing after hours and on weekends; and personally delivering
documents throughout the county where necessary. It is impossible
not to like Amber and all dealing with her WANT to help her achieve
the goal. Her policy of dealing with every step in the process
on a same day basis gives us a big advantage in working out any
title or other problems well before closing.

MIKE JACKSON
Mike holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Florida.
Before his retirement he practiced real estate law (both transactions
and litigation) in Fort Myers for 30+ years. He heads the Post
Closing Department which is focused on issuance of correct title
insurance policies on all Watermark closings. A jack of all trades,
he assists Amber with all questions related to her processing
and closing of transactions and assists David with a number of
business aspects of the Company.
