we have received from Watermark Land Title.
All our closings with you have gone smoothly. The document packages
we receive from the closing table are always professional, well
organized and correct. While always professional, Amber Laster
has always been so polite and helpful. She also does us the considerable
favor of hand delivery and pick up of documents from our office.
We value the fact that our communications with you are always
promptly and properly handled. When we asked for reductions in
some fees to fit our company expense profile, those discounts
were promptly and cheerfully granted.
We see the evidence of your dedication to provide top quality
service. For example, Amber went beyond normal service in reviewing
a questionable survey direct with the survey provider within the
3 day rescission period on one loan, which permitted the loan
to be funded on time.
We are aware of Mike Jackson's policy of producing title insurance
policies to our customers as soon as possible. His practice of
writing a cover letter with each mortgage and title policy provides
each loan with good documentation. Once again, we have not seen
any errors or omissions in any of his packages.
