to close their doors. Other companies have drastically reduced
staff and/or closed branch offices.

SPEED & MORE SPEED
Nothing more contributes to our success than speed. Example:
When a new contract & deposit come in, on the same day a file
is opened and a title report is ordered. This gives us a tremendous
advantage on those files where title defects or extra requirements
to close are disclosed, because these are addressed immediately
upon receipt. And speed to meet a closing deadline is a specialty.
Mortgage lenders in this market are slow. We exert all reasonable
pressure to speed them up, and when we receive their closing requirements
we jump on them same day.
ACCESSIBILITY
We must be available to you and the other parties quickly if
we are to move the closing as fast as possible. We assure this
by providing you with our personal cell phone numbers. And of
course we have state of the art phone/voicemail, fax & e-mail
equipment.
We are “24/7/365”. You are encouraged to use our
cell phones after hours & on weekends and holidays whenever
a time sensitive matter needs to move in non-office hours.
LOCATION—EVERYWHERE
We are located in the Gateway area of Fort Myers which helps
us serve the large Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres markets. But we
do portable closings all over Lee County, including after hours,
and on weekends. Because we are usually ahead of the file, we
make good use of FedEx overnight service within and outside the
county. And courier service and closing Notary service is available
as needed.
ACCURACY
The advantages mentioned above would be small comfort if both
closing documents and the HUD-1 closing statement were not accurate,
delaying closings, or creating the need for post closing curative
work. By staying ahead of the time curve, we are able to maintain
high standards of accuracy. Careful proofreading is standard.
More importantly, any time there is the least question, the closer
has the documents reviewed by another staffer. If necessary (rarely)
the Underwriter and/or its legal staff is consulted. This devotion
to careful closing preparation helps us maintain the highest standards
of accuracy.
PROBLEM SOLVING
We all know that despite best efforts problems at or after closing
arise. Here again, we feel we are second to none in our problem
solving ability. Our two Underwriters, both of which audit us
annually, have given us their highest marks due largely to our
performance in solving the problems presented by that occasional
file which seems to be “snake-bit”. We are very lucky
to have a combination of people whose skills complement each other
so well.
